Sorry to hear you are having this issue.
Could you confirm if they have the same submission time?
Duplicated submissions can happen when the user doesn’t wait for the form to process or try to submit multiple times or refresh the page which triggers the Ajax event again.

But this does some weird if it is happening multiple times.

I was able to see the Ajax request is calling twice on your Form submit:

I tried to replicate the problem on my end but it worked fine.
I am wondering if it is a conflict with your PopUp module, I could see the next and previous buttons are also loading twice, could you try to embed the Forminator using Hustle PopUp instead? https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wordpress-popup/
Also to confirm, are you using the Regular Elementor PopUp or any add-on?

I’m using a standard Elementor Popup template that’s called from a standard button that’s inside a standard Elementor Single Post template…
If possible I would like to avoid using a plugin for a feature that’s already inside Elementor Pro.
