I can’t find anything that looks like the Multiple Taxonomies Interface on the “screenshots” of the plug-in. Like the hierarchical & feature taxonomies pictured in the second screen shot of this plugin. What am I missing?

This free plugin works only with Hierarchically taxonomies, you may want to check with advanced version for all types.

I am using the paid component “Advanced Taxonomy Terms Order” and am still not able to see a way to define different sort orders for different categories.

Remember only taxonomies of a given custom post type are show up. So in the first screenshot, there is only for posts, the ‘category’ taxonomy. Then on the second shot for Feature post type there are 4 custom taxonomies, that’s why it show up that menu.
