Multiple Template Options
-
How can I setup a multiple user voucher, for customers to purchase, which gives them the option to choose between different templates? Currently I have created two templates, but it appears I have to select one specific one to display.

Hello @tirwin
I’m having a bit of trouble understanding your requirement clearly. Could you please explain it in more detail and maybe provide an example?
Best Regards,@sanjay0808 sorry, i didnt provide much detail.
I have created a gift voucher with some variations (£10, £20, £30 etc). When you select one of the options it displays the fields for required information (name, message) and below it you can preview your gift voucher by clicking on the template I’ve associated to it.

However, on the example images provided from the plugin download page, it suggests that I can have two or more templates for the buyer to choose from. This would mean I could have a standard voucher template, then a different option for christmas, for example.
The problem is, when I’m adding the product and click Has A Voucher, I only get to select 1 template to be displayed. Im trying to work out how I can set two or three options for each voucher?Hello @tirwin
This is a variable product voucher.
You can assign templates to its variations as demonstrated in the video.
Please review the video and set the appropriate templates for each product variation.Video Link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Ne5lj8zNwxc7nIfn2W2xgOTGJU4w4pyv/view?usp=sharing
Best Regards,I’m not sure if there was meant to be audio in that video but there wasn’t any.
From the video I can see, you can only select 1 voucher template per price, is that correct?
That is to say, if you want a Blue voucher, you cannot have it as £10 in your example?I was wondering if it is possible to have a voucher, which is available in £10, £20, £30 etc, with multiple templates for each one, so a customer would be able to select which voucher design they wanted and how much to put on it? I see now each different Voucher template a product, rather than a variation?
Hi @tirwin
You can also achieve your requirement using variations of a variable product in our plugin.- In our example, we created price-based attributes like 10 and 20, and set corresponding prices for each variation.
- For multiple designs, you can upload several images within the same template. On the front end, users can select their preferred design from these options.
Please refer to the video link (note: it has no sound) for a clearer understanding

That is exactly what I was looking for! I understand now, I think I tripped myself up by making the Price the main variable, I’ll go remake it now with the Template as the main variable instead. Thanks!
Great @tirwin
