multiple tickets + QR codes

    Hi,

    I use 2 of the plugins:
    YITH WooCommerce Barcodes Premium
    YITH Event Tickets for WooCommerce Premium

    have 2 questions:
    1. what can be the reason that although I choose QR codes in both orders&product- the barcode in the email to the customer is still not QR.

    2. what should I do for the customer will get multiple pdf tickets in the email? right now the pdf attached for every reservation but not for every ticket.
