Unfortunately, it is not possible with this plugin. However, I have been working on the successor to this plugin, a general social integration plugin (Kebo Social), which allows you to add multiple accounts.
I hope to submit this to ww.wp.xz.cn this coming week, so I will post back here once I have released it.

The new plugin will allow you to make two separate Feeds or alternatively, to combine the Tweets from both accounts into one Feed. I am sure you will like it.
I will keep the thread open until I have released the new plugin and posted back with the link, it is a useful way for me to keep track of commitments I have made.

I am still working on this, almost every moment of the day. User testing resulted in me re-writing several large underlying parts of the plugin, which has left me further behind than I would have liked to be.
It is still very close though and I am sure it will be out before Christmas.
