Multiple Undefined index errors

    Hi!
    I’m trying (not so much successfully for now) to set up a multisite with domain mapping so i can have one of my clients’ subdomain to point to on of the instances of the multisite.

    When i create a new domain in the page tools.php?page=domainmapping i get the following errors:

     Notice: Undefined index: action in /www/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-mu-domain-mapping/domain_mapping.php on line 373

 Notice: Undefined index: path in /www/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-mu-domain-mapping/domain_mapping.php on line 447

 Notice: Undefined index: path in /www/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-mu-domain-mapping/domain_mapping.php on line 462

    Is this a known issue, and does it prevent the plugin to work?
