    Hi!

    We are wanting to create unique custom confirmation e-mails that that are tailored to the event that the person buys tickets or RSVPs for. We have Tickets Plus and the Event Tickets Extension: Ticket E-mail Settings.

    I haven’t been able to figure out how to do this. Does anyone have any ideas?

  • I don’t know if this is helpful but we need to send custom emails to event attendees leading up to an event and just purchased this add-on to accomplish that task:

    I am hoping there is an option besides another add-on, but appreciate knowing about this.

    Hi @wavewatcher, that’s a good question. Yes, as @olivmich should be possible with Promoter. See the URL here → https://theeventscalendar.com/products/promoter/

    Moreover, you could customize the email template via a template override. Override this template src/views/tickets/email.php in your own theme by creating a file at [your-child-theme]/tribe-events/tickets/email.php. This is only one template and you can’t use multiple templates for the emails.

    I want to note here that as per our Support Policy, we cannot provide full support for Customization or third-party integrations, even if we have a guide on our Knowledge base.     Hey Abz –

    thanks for the reply. It sounds like if we have a paid subscription, we should open a support ticket for questions related to Calendar or Tickets…is that right?

    It also sounds like there isn’t a built-in way in Tickets or Tickets Plus to have unique e-mails for different events and that Promoter might meet this need, yes?

    I will look into the other suggestions you had as well.
