Hi @mrbleuu,
Thank you for contacting us.
A similar behavior was reported, but this was fixed by recent version. Are you currently using any caching plugin or caching setting on the server? If so, please proceed to purge all cache or temporarily deactivate and retest. Another option is to enable Ajax load from withing Forminator settings > Behaviour > Rendering.
If the issue persists, please proceed to export the form to a drive and share the link with us here so that we can test this further.

No that does not fix the problem. I’ve tried doing it on a fresh install with no other plugins too.
Here is a test form. Once you upload a file, go forward then back. You will see multiple copies of the file. Everytime you go forward/back, more copies are uploaded

Hi @mrbleuu,
Thanks for sharing the plugin export. I could replicate the same when tested, I’m reporting this bug to our team’s attention so that we could further check and see if there is any quick fix that could be looked at regarding this.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Kind Regards,
Nithin
thank you. I have disabled multi upload for now and using single upload until it is fixed (asking visitors to email extra attachments or zip up)
Hi @mrbleuu
Thank you for the update,
I’m afraid we can’t give an estimated time to release a fixed version however our developers are already working to fix it.
Kindly keep the eyes on the plugin update and changelog.
We are marking this ticket as resolved, for now, however, feel free to re-open or ping us if you have any additional question.
Best Regards
Patrick Freitas
