    Hi, I want to use ticket system for our marketplace (multi vendors). Basically I want a buyer can create a ticket to submit a dispute. In that ticket I want multiple users to be included when buyer created a ticket (buyer, seller, admin). Admin act like a judges. Is it possible to do that?

    Hello @erikdemarco,

    If number of sellers are limited, you can make them agents so that you can assign ticket to multiple agents.

    If seller is in large number, unfortunately it is not possible. We can provide custimization if in this case if you are interested. See this page for more details.
