Multiple Values Fields and Location Rules

I am making a Recipe website. When it comes to adding ingredients, I need field type that will allow multiple values like: Amount, Units, Name, Notes.

What field type in Pods can I use to create such Field Type?

2.) In Advanced Custom Fields, we can create Fields and set Location Rules— where we can say:
— show field, if Post Category equals “Events“.

Or

— show field, if Post Type equals “Products“.

When will such Location Rules Feature be available in Pods?
