I never tested this completely, so just ran a test and now know what the outcome is. The short answer is: yes, you can connect 2 different sites to your website. However, if you have the same products on the 2 websites, they will be duplicated on the Zettle product library. I have tested this by using the same API Key and also then the library is duplicated on Zettle.
I would assume that you want to connect 2 websites to the same products on Zettle, but it seems that is not possible with our current release.

Yes, that will work perfectly for you. The mentioned problem only exists if you want to link the same Zettle stock to 2 different websites.
