Is it possible to have two different ww.wp.xz.cn websites using the same email address whilst displaying different usernames when posts are created?

I have set up 3 websites using one email address, but not sure if I should create a separate email address for each WordPress website, what is the best practice for this, is it recommended to create the main email address for a WordPress website using the company email address or separate email addresses for each website?

I can’t see that at matters, one way or the other, as long as you can tell apart emails when they’re coming from multiple sites. I like this trick…. If your email uses gmail or a Google account, the “+” symbol is useful because everything after the + is not part of the address. So you could use “[email protected]”, “[email protected]”, etc. While both will be delivered to “[email protected]”, you can use a filter to set different labels on each and its really clear where the email came from.

Thanks, I do not use gmail only hotmal, the issue i am having is that the gravatar icon cannot be changed for each separate website and dont want to have so many email addresses for different websites, especially since i run 3 and am looking to expand.

So, each WP site is separate, so you can use the same or different user names. It doesn’t matter; they don’t talk to each other.
