Hmm. I’ll admit I haven’t done tests with numbers that large, but the math is pretty simple; can you provide me with a link I can look at, by any chance?
Hi Joe. Many thanks for ur response.
I am currently not able to provide a link, but i could provide as much details as u like.
BTW, the problem happens even with smaller numbers like:
USD $80.00 1 Total: $80.00
when i change Qty to 2, i get:
USD $80.00 2 Total: $640.00
One more example:
USD $8.00 1 Total: $8.00
USD $8.00 2 Total: $32.00
By the way, when changing Qty the minus button allows the user to specify a negative qty (i.e: -n).
Is there gonna be any patching soon?
I’m working on an update to get out in early April; and I’ll definitely be looking at this. I haven’t been able to reproduce it yet, which makes it hard to know what’s going on, but I’ll see what I can do.
If you can submit a support request via the plug-in’s built in support form, that might help me.
Just submitted a support request.
Thx, Joe.
Problem solved.
Removed the plugin and installed the latest release as per Joe’s request.
Many thanks for the great support and the many emails, and especially the follow up when i thought there was nothing else can be done.
Technically, it’s not released yet – but will be soon. Thanks!
