• Dear Friends,

I’ve been researching through the forums on how to fix a 404 error on multi sites.

I’m looking for someone to help me through this. Where some of the answers on those threads make sense, they require WP knowledge that is just above my head.

    My two websites
http://www.JeffreyBradbury.com and http://www.Jeffreybradbury.com/teachercast_sites are both multisites. The other day I noticed that I was unable to visit the sub sites and was not able to get into the dashboard of them. This happened right around the time I was trying to use the Domain Mapping plugin (which didn’t work like I was hoping).

I am hosted by BlueHost on their WP VPS.

I am willing to commission if someone has the ability to fix these issues. Thank you for the help. Feel free to reach me on Twitter @teachercast

  • Have you tried disabling the domain mapping plugin?

yes, I totally deleted it and deleted the code in the wp-config file as well.

Hey, I’ve been having a similar problem and I’ve found it has to do with iThemes Security plugin. I’ve had to disable it for me to be able to log in to sub domains. Try that and let me know if this is an iThemes plugin in issue.
