Hi! First of all. Nice plugin! Simple and intuitive.
    I have a question.
I tried to use in a wordpress multise, but the plugin did not work. It sennd a error asking to reinstall the plugin. Only work in the main site.

Is it ok? The plugging did not support multiset? Or I am missing something? I am using the free version.

    Hi dear user.

We didn’t test it for the multisite, so we will check it, and then we will let you know.

    Thanks.

    Hi dear user.

Our developers checked our plugin for the WordPress multisite. Everything works fine from our side.

Can you try to deactivate and activate the plugin again?

If it doesn’t help, let us know.

We think that there is a server-side configuration issue, that doesn’t allow our plugin to create a database, so we will suggest you install for example the https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/polls-widget/ plugin. If the plugin installation returns the same error, then it is a database error as we mentioned.

Let us know about the results.

    Thanks.

Thank you for your quick response.
Definetlly it is a data base error, bacause in the main site the plugin works very well. Unfortunetlly, desactivate and activate the plugin did not fix the issue.

Do you have some link that could helpme to fix the data base error?

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi dear user.

You can create the database manually.

Open the PHPMyAdmin, then navigate to the database that you are using for your website. Then from the top navigation menu(Structure, SQL, Search, Query, Export…) click on the SQL tab. After that, you will see a field, where you can type SQL commands.

Type there the following code, but instead of the “YOUR_DB_PREFIX” you need to type your DB prefix(also, by default, the DB prefix is “wp_”).

We tried to type here the code 5-6 times, but it breaks the code formatting, so we create a .txt file and upload it to our website. You can download/check it by navigating to this URL – https://wpdevart.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/Support-Multisite-database-error.txt

There are two lines, you need to add these two lines one by one and press the “Go” button from the bottom right side of the submit field.

    This should help.

Let us know about the results.

    Thanks.
