Does ProductX work with WordPress Multisite installation?

Added ProductX to a multisite and none of the templates are loading, just a spinner.

    Hi @seamusberkeley ,
Thank you for reaching us. Yes, ProductX should work with Multisite. Can you please provide me with some screenshots with more details so that we can test the issue on our local environment?

    Hello Tonmoy,

Tested the installed plugin again today and it is the same result—spinner on All Templates panel. One more detail: this is a staging site.

    Hello again,

Have now installed v3 of ProductX and templates still not loading.

    Any ideas on this issue?

    Hello @seamusberkeley ,

Sorry for the late response. I will test this issue and sent it to our development team. Hopefully they can provide you a solution if the issue is found.

    OK, Tonmoy.

The issue is real, so hopefully your developers will fix it.

    Hello @seamusberkeley,

I tested ProductX on our local server. Everything works fine with multisite.

If you still have the issue, try to activate Network Activate. Here are the settings: image

After activating this, you will see your plugin list look like this: image

Make sure you are using our latest version of ProductX, WooCommerce and WordPress.

Please let me know if this solves your issue or not.

    Hello Mehedi,

Updated to latest version and tested the Network Activate you suggested; unfortunately, that did not work.

When you tested it on your local server were you using a production multisite or staging installation?

As mentioned, ProductX is installed on a staging site and I suspect that it may this that is causing the issue.

    Hello @seamusberkeley,
Can you please check your console panel? If any errors show up, please share the screenshot.

When I tested it on our local server, my WP_DEBUG configuration was false.

    Hello @seamusberkeley,

Are you using the Wordfence plugin? If so, please look for any kind of warning shown on your dashboard or plugin list page like this: warning

If this warning shows, then your wordfence is not configured properly. Try to configure it as it is said.

If this does not solve your issue, please check one more time by deactivating the Wordfence.

Do let me know is it solves your issue or not.

    Hello @mehedi7970,

    Not using that plugin.

Debug is not set for the staging installation.

Just tested on new multisite that is not staging and it works on this installation. So, it appears that the issue is with a staging site.

    Hello @seamusberkeley

It’s good to hear that the issue seems to be specific to your staging site and not affecting your live multisite installation. Thank you for using our product and share your wisdom with us.

    Hello @mehedi7970

Do you think you will be making ProductX work on a staged multisite installation soon?

    Hello @seamusberkeley,

We tried ProductX multisite on a staging site too. There is no issue on our site. Can you please check your console log? If any errors show up, please share the error log.

    Thanks for testing this, @mehedi7970

I’ll set up a another multisite on new staging site and see if that makes a difference.
