Hello!
1. Can I use this plugin for a multisite?
2. Can I create and configure a profile and use it on each site in the multisite without having to create the same profile on each one?

Currently, the Members plugin does not support WordPress multisite networks. If you’re looking for multisite compatibility, I recommend trying an alternative plugin like WP Multisite User Sync: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-multisite-user-sync/
