Multisite activation?

    Is it possible to activate it for the network and the admins of the individual blogs don’t have to activate themselfves?

    With network activation entering the API key and setting up where a captcha is required
    is up to the network admin.

    It sound like that, but I can’t find a way to activate the plugin globally for all the network sites at once and not have to activate the key for each and every site.
