Did I get you right that you expect same values of counters for every language?
If so, probably you have different url for the page on each language, so you get different counter values – this is the way the plugin works.
Actually it’s not a bug. We will let you know later if we’ll find any workaround for this.
Yes, I need flat button design in two lang. versions. URLs I think are standard for multisite wordpress: ziernie-performa.net and ziernie-performa.net/en/.
I can only imagine, but as in eng.ver. appears default buttons, maybe possible to make code change and put as default FLAT design for my case? Bad that after plugin upgrade I may lost code.

So the problem is not with counter values, but that in english version of your site flat buttons style doesn’t apply? Ok, we will figure it out.
You are right, I need flat buttons style for two lang.versions. Counter values works as should. I cannot adjust buttons in eng.ver. as system redirects me to rus.version when I save settings.
