    Please try to reset the plugin settings (Settings -> WP-Piwik -> Support). This should force WP-Piwik to re-estimate all site IDs.

    Please also make sure your site configurations in Piwik are unique (one domain should only be assigned to one site).

    Resetting solved the problem, I wish I asked earlier.
