That is correct, no network-wide activation currently available for Multisite. Let me know if I can provide any further information, thank you @jason559.
Thanks for your reply. so can is still be used, but just network deactivate?
No it only works on individual WP sites. So in Multisite, you have to activate on each site, because activating/deactivating on the entire network is not supported at this time. I.e., no network-wide activate/deactivate. Only individual per-site installations.

I network deactivated it and activated it on one particular website. But when clicking the button it produces, it doesn’t generate a page. Are you able to check the page to see it.
Yeah it looks like the shortcode is not understood. Where/how are you adding the shortcode? Just added to a page? Or a block?
I have it there in three formats, custom HTML, code and paragraph. I went ahead and removed them all, and have it just as paragraph block now. Still same issue. https://imgur.com/a/8IzACpQ

Maybe try the shortcode block, should do the trick.
Unfortunately, same issue.
It does create a “User Submitted Post” — Pending post each time I click the link, if that is of any help.

The next thing to look at would maybe be the plugin settings. If you have made any changes, just go ahead and restore the default plugins settings. Then try again with the shortcode, using the shortcode block.
Thanks for sticking with me, that fixed it!
