Multisite Compatible?

Is this plugin multisite compatible. I’ve been using it for years, but just used it for the first time on a multisite network, and it appears to cause the wp-login page to loop.

You go to wp-admin, login and it brings you right back to the login page. Once I disable the plugin (it is still active, but just disabled), the problem goes away.

Is this a known issue?
