The Easy FancyBox default settings when Multi-site activated, do not include any media at all. Activating the plugin site by site will activate the “Images” media type by default but network activation will simply make the FancyBox options available to individual site admins without any one of them activated by default. This choice was made to allow super admin to make this plugin available to all sites without actually influencing any site front end upon network activation.
I realize this is actually the opposite of what you are looking for and I must admit that I’ve been thinking about a network admin page where default options could be defined. But I’ve not had time to work on that so far…
If this is something you need urgently, then you can contact me via http://status301.net/contact-en/ for development work. Or you can modify the easy-fancybox-settings.php file (it actually holds one big array of default options) to make the “Inline Content” media type activated by default. But please be aware that these changes will be undone on the next plugin update.
