• I’ve done everything per your video and still am unable to see the dashboard. I’ve added it to my main site on my multisite and network activated the plugin. I’ve selected my template for each of the user options. I tried selecting dismiss and unselecting dismiss to see if that did changed anything. I purged cache, cleared browser cache, still nothing.

I’m not even able to see it show up on the main site where I’ve installed it (not to mention the subdomains too).

Any help would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks for the free plugin btw!!! 🙂 I have both of your other Elementor products too.

    Hi Michael,

It seems Elementor plugin is not network activated. Please confirm.

    Thanks.

Hello, I do have it network activated and it still isn’t coming up for me on any of my sites (main or subsites).

    Thanks.

It looks like you may have gone in and worked on it, thanks!

However, the main site displays the content correctly, while the subdomains formats the content differently. (they should look like the main site) Subsites drop the font and styling as well as it does something with the width settings (it creates an unnecessary scroll bar that goes left and right on the screen).

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Michael,

It looks like your email didn’t reach our inbox.
    I re-checked and I don’t see the mail yet.
Can you please re-send it to [email protected]?

    Thanks!

Post it here too since my issue is similar and this support is still open…

I have a multi site WordPress with elementor and DWE network activated and latest version.

When on primary site of the network the dashboard works. Then I create a new site on the network, go to the new site dashboard and it doesn’t load.

In order to make it load I need to save the template of the custom dashboard and import it to new site.

Some sub sites of the network uses a different elementor template like a header and use it as a dashboard welcome. Pretty weird.

Am I wrong or it was supposed to make the template only on the primary site and then sub sites load it from there with no need to import the template?

That would be the ideal since if I need to change the dashboard welcome I only need to change on primary site. Right?

    Thank you.
