Multisite: database tables not created

When creating a new site in WordPress Multisite when this plugin is already active, the plugin doesn’t create the necessary new database tables. (e.g. wp_2_uam_accessgroups and wp_2_uam_accessgroup_to_object. One has to manually deactivate and reactivate the plugin, which then creates the necessary tables.
