I have some questions:
– is it a new installation, or an upgrade? From which version of my plugin?
– Which version of WP are you running?
– do you see the “Clone” and “New Draft” links in the pages list?
– you mention the page type: what about the posts? Is it working there?

It is a multisite WP installation (version 4.6.1) that I took over from another webmaster.
The install of Duplicate Post (3.0.3) is a fresh install.
I do not see the Clone and New Draft links in the pages list.
Same for posts – nothing.
I installed a similar plugin “Duplicate Page and Post” and that works fine. I am familiar with your plugin and have used it on many other sites. This is my first multisite site. I have enabled the appropriate permissions in the plugin settings for each sub site.

I’m also finding trouble with this plugin in a Multisite installation, in version 4.7.
- New installation
- WP v4.7
- I See no Clone and New Draft in the pages list
- I don’t see it on the posts either

I can’t reproduce the bug, neither in my test nor my production sites…
I’ve just released a new version, 3.1. Can you tell me if the problem is still there?

I had the same problem, it’s solved.
I deleted en installed the plugin again.
