I have a note at the top of my Forminator Dashboard that tells me:

Forminator’s CSS style cannot be loaded because your website’s address is configured in WordPress to use HTTP instead of HTTPS. This may cause some web content, including Forminator forms, to display incorrectly.

I’v found instructions for updating the setting on a single WordPress site: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/forminators-css-style/ but it gives no instructions for a multisite. The WordPress documentation linked to on that page is also unhelpful.

My sites are all in directories, ie: example.com/site-aaa, example.com/site-bbb, example.com/site-ccc, etc.

Everything currently works fine via https:// and I have an .htaccess rule that rewrites any http:// requests.

How do I make Forminator work?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @johnp

I hope you are doing well today.

Please navigate to Network of you multisite, Sites -> All Sites and edit each subsite, enter Settings tab and check siteurl & home do they start with HTTPS. If not, change to HTTPS and that should do the trick.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

Thank you for your advice Kris, that has solved the issue – I had not found those settings.
