MultiSite for MultiDomain and Multilanguage

    Hello,
    I have a client who owns various domains for his company:
    ptpgroup.com.ar
    ptpgroup.com.br
    ptpgroup.com.py
    ptpgroup.com.uy

    I need for all of the domains to point to the wordpress installation that I have on ptpgroup.com.ar but show as the correct domain in the browser (for example: ptpgroup.com.br). I tried doing this as I would do it for a non-wordpress website, with a simple redirection on my hosting service. But it didn’t work, doing a bit of research it seems like I need to do a Multi-Site setup, is this correct? I’m not a 100% sure because it seems like multisite manages multiple WordPress installations and I only need the one that is already working to point to those 4 different domains, the multilanguage part will be handled with WPML.
