How does this plugin work on Multisite? Does it force site-by-site settings or is it possible to have a global network settings only seen by network admin?

Hi Denis;
There currently are no network-admin-settings, only site-by-site settings. It is, however, perfectly possible to use the API to enforce site-wide settings, there are one or two threads on this in this support forum already.
