Have you enabled the settings on the main site or on each subsite? 631 entries should be more than enough for it to work.
It seems there were indeed some issues with multisite. I’ll have a fix ready for the next update (3.5.5) but I’m not sure how long it’ll be before this update goes live. The fix for now would be to, instead of network activating, activate the plugin on each site separately.
Same issue here, wordpress Updates nor plugin updates work when using this plugin on a multisite. Any update when companion update 3.5.5 will be released?

To tell you the truth, I don’t remember. But I checked that an email came in that one WordPress Multisite portal had been updated (5.5), and two messages came later that two WordPress Multisite plugins had been updated.
