    Hi,
I installed the plugin on a Multisite and activated it (only network activation worked).
I can access the plugin on the subsite, but it doesn’t store/saves ticket types.
In the database I can see there are now tables for the plugin on the subsite.

When I install the plugin on a single site wordpress installation, the plugin works.
I also tried to import tables to the subsite on the Multisites, but it doesn’t solve the issue with not storing ticket types. The tables are empty after I have hit saved.

    Thank you!

I misstyped, I meant to write:

    Thank you for the clarification.

Currently, our plugin does not fully support WordPress Multisite subsites, which is why ticket types aren’t being saved and tables aren’t created. Our development team is working on adding full multisite support in our upcoming releases, and we’ll keep you updated.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.
