Multisite issue

    I’m a little confused about the MyCred Multisite option.

    So, I have site A – Not much is activated here because we want the page to be our landing pages and load fast.

    Then there’s sub-site B – Our store. So we activated WooCommerce.
    Then on Sub-site C we activated Buddypress.

    MyCred works great across the entire network. We have tested it.

    But…

    …there’s a problem with Mycred here. Because we dont have Woocommerce or BP activated on the main site, there are no hooks available for either on the network.

    Am I missing something?

    I rummaged your documentation for an answer, and only found this half-complete page https://codex.mycred.me/functions/mycred_get_settings_network/

    Hi @lala9,

    If you want to view the hooks on subsites then please try disabling the master template.

    Hi @lala9,

    By disabling the master template you will be able to view the hooks on main site and as well as on the subsites you can configure them and use them according to your needs.

    OK. I did that.
    But maybe I’m not understanding how Central Logging and Central Deposit is supposed to work.

    I thought the shortcode [mycred_history] would show all points in/out of ALL sites in the network. But that’s not happening.

    I set up the user account for “Central Deposit Account”.
    Then I added the shortcode [mycred_history] on a specific page to allow all members to see all the points in/out.

    Then I tested a purchase at sub-site B that uses woocommerce, but this purchase is not being logged.

    Questions :
    How do I get woocommerce purchases to “deposit” the purchased value into the Central account? Is this not what central deposit account is for?

    Hi @lala9,

    If you have enabled central logging it will show all in and out in the network.

    Please make sure you have enabled central deposit on that site where users purchased on woo commerce.
