Multisite Issues

Hi there,
Here is the situation:

WPEngine standard installtion, WordPress 4.8 with latest version of Easy Appointments installed. Easy Appointments works just fine, customer is happy.

They want to add a second website, so we convert standard site to a multisite, this works perfectly, Easy Appointments is working fine too.

Using NS Cloner plugin I clone the site to a new sub-site. This is where it goes a little wonky. Everything appart from the connections and appointments have been cloned. I can’t add connections, the ajax call is getting an error returned, but doesn’t say what, and isn’t being logged.

Checked out if the tables are there, but the appointments and connections tables are missing.

Incidently I can add a location, but can’t delete them.

Is this plugin Multisite compatible or is it something I have done wrong?
