MultiSite (MU) wp-admin/network/settings.php get blank

Not sure when it began, I do have seen the setting page, but today when I come cross this page, nothing shows up, just a blank page there.

I had disable all the plugins, but no lucky. 🙁

try to search the solutions, but nothing similar found. 🙁

How can I get the “network setting” back? any suggestion?
