    Try to use this fix: https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/cleantalk-spam-protect.development.zip. Reinstall it, following this instruction:

    1. Go to WordPress Console -> Plugins.
    2. Deactivate, delete “Anti-spam by CleanTalk”.
    3. Go to WordPress Console -> Plugins -> Add new -> Upload.
    4. Upload and activate new version.

    I am having the same problem. I have downloaded the plugin from ww.wp.xz.cn/ from the link given above, I have updated to version 5.28. Stillget the options-general.php not found message.

    Hello!
    Arcgive in previous link is very old, please, deactivate and delete this version and install latest one from you WP admin panel.
