Multisite network dashboard not possible

Hi All
My entire multisite crashed and disappeared and when we restored from last working backup we could not access the admin. It was not accepting my password and to reset it the link sent us to login not reset password.
Since my hosting has recovered my ability to login but now I cannot access the network admin dashboard or individual subdomains admin dashboards from the login host page admin dashboard.Please help

On a multi-site A network level admin user or super admin is one step up from a regular WordPress Admin.

I’d just go with the functions file method myself as that seems easiest (if that method still works). Don’t forget to remove the function when you’re done making yourself the super admin…
