    Can this work as Network Activated in Multisite wordpress and hide certain tab on all subsite?

    Yes, this is possible. If you active network wide, then you will get a settings page in each site! But the settings are saved for all sites, in the MU options. You should one site for set the settings, but it is important, that you see all items in this site to hide it. Adminimize get all items dynamically from the current site to create the options. That makes necessary, that the settings page in this one site have all items, plugins, themes etc.
