Multisite new user registration flow?

Hi guys!

This plugin looks fantastic. Just wondering if it works on multisite? I’m looking for something we can activate at a network level. That way we can set the security policy for the network ourselves. We don’t want users be able to change these settings on their child sites. I suppose one work around could be activating it separately on each child and hiding the page from non-admins, but that’s a bit clunky.

Also, how would this work with with new registrations? Would a user sign up as usual and then get prompted to scan the QR code on their first login?
