Multisite no access to navi

Hello,
I run a multisite. Unfortunately I don’t have access to the navigation bar of the PlugIn (POSTS – TEMPLATE TAG – SCHEMA – NOTIFICATION – MISC. – TOOLS – HELP).
I want the position modified info line to the right, the text smaller and in the color “gray”, I mean the text style.
What do I have to do?
