Okay, thanks. 🙂 (To clarify, I’m using WordPress MU Domain Mapping. It’s a subsite of zwoodle.com.)

I’ll send admin access in a couple of mins. 🙂

    Hi zanzaboonda,
we just found lots of JavaScript errors on your websites, it comes from current active theme and buddypres incompatibility, here are JS files with error logs:
    /themes/colinear/js/functions.js?ver=20150723
    /plugins/buddypress/bp-core/js/widget-members.min.js?ver=2.4.3

and those even affect admin-bar JS file:
    /wp-includes/js/admin-bar.min.js?ver=4.4

Here is the screenshot of all errors:

wpDiscuz can’t work on a site with so many JS errors, all those errors affect wpDiscuz JS functions and it stops working. Please fix those issues and wpDiscuz will work fine automatically.

Hi! Thanks for getting back to me.

My apologies. I didn’t realize I was using a theme that was incompatible (it’s been a while since I used BuddyPress).

I switched to a different theme that is compatible, but the problem persists. Do I have to do something to reset it? Or should it be working, already?

    Thanks so much.

I’m going to temporarily switch to a different commenting plugin. Yours seems great, but I need something ASAP. I’ll try it out on a test site and see if I can transition to it later. Thanks so much.
