Multisite not really well supported

More marketing hype than technology, in my opinion. You supposedly need to purchase one of their pay options to support Multisite. I purchased their Gold option to migrate a few small single-site installations into a multisite installation. It did not work and basically gave an error message saying this was not supported.

I politely asked for a refund and was told “I’m really sorry to inform, but this is not the case when we issue refund. This is not a bug or miss-functioning, but this software doesn’t support such migration. You can migrate Single Site to Single Site or Multisite to Multisite. You’re looking something for WordPress installation conversion. I really doubt if there’re any softwares for this purpose. Generally such things are being done manually by developers and this procedure isn’t automated.” However, I was able to use All-in-One WP Migration with their (expensive) multisite extensions to migrate those sites perfectly. So, you’ve been warned. (I have no affiliation or other interest in All-in-One, and I am a small business owner, not a developer.)
