Multisite or cross site support

    So this is a semi odd one and wondering if anyone can help with this.
    I have a request to build a website that supports multisite, where the default site will be a landing page, and the other (currently 2) sites are different ‘departments’

    My aim is to have users sign up for the default site, and they can then apply to join the other departments.
    However, I don’t want them to have to signup to a separate site, but instead, use their existing account. (Reason being is there will be signups and other subscriptions involved linked to the profile which have to be carried over)

    The reason for using multisite is because each department has there own admins, and very much different site designs.

    Hi @curdtake90

    UM syncs the user details(
    user and usermeta ) on subsites but it won’t carry over other details such as the subscription since UM doesn’t have any integration with it. You will have to customize it.

    You should disable the UM Profile Caching so that it syncs the user details in real-time across all sites in a multi-network setup
    Please go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > Misc > see “Disable Cache User Profile”.
