Multisite plugin enabling failure

    I just enabled WordPress multisite in my previously fine website. And after enabling all the plugins on after installing multisite network – I get an error.
    That I am not allowed to see this page.

    After turning on and off plugins one by one – I found out that this error is shown after I enable this plugin for network.

    Why is it? What can be done?
