The plugin seems to work fine for the first few days on my multisite. But soon after I started to receive problems from new members.
I use it strictly for the registration form.

The captcha is not visible on Firefox, on any of the sites.
The Captcha is visible in Chrome only on 2 of the 4 sites, although the same registration page form runs all of them….

Main blog: http://www.dota2romania.com/user-registration/ (doesn’t show on chrome / firefox)

Here is a screenshot from my incognito browser (the same problem was reported by 9 people already. As you can see, I have no plugins or anything)

Secondary blog: http://hsromania.com/user-registration-2/ (shows only on Chrome)
Same browser as before. Screenshot with captcha working.

Thrid blog: http://hotsromania.com/user-registration/ (doesn’t show at all)

I tested on my mobile as well (inbuilt browser). The captcha is visible on all pages tho. Screenshot

    Hi,

We’ve checked your site. Unfortunately, we can’t reproduce the problem. Google Captcha registration form is displayed in Chrome, as well as in the Firefox. Also, we’ve visited your links, and found out that captcha is displayed correctly (in both browsers, on all subsites, http://prntscr.com/adirmj, http://prntscr.com/adiuwp, http://prntscr.com/adivzr, http://prntscr.com/adiw9m, http://prntscr.com/adiwi3, http://prntscr.com/adiy6m). Did you manage to solve the problem?

Please let us know if you still need our help.

    Sincerely,

I did not make any changes. The problem for some people still persists.

Could it be related that I have just one google captcha key for all websites? (they are all put together).

As I said, on my phone I can see the captcha on all pages, on the computer not.

What I also find interesting is that if I open the dev console, the html for the Captcha is there. Please check this screenshot
Any suggestions what the problem might be?

    Hi,

We’ve visited your site again and found out that Rocket Loader is used by your server (maybe, you’re using Cloudflare service). We can see that js scripts connection appears using additional scripts, not directly. That is why captcha isn’t generated in your contact form. Probably, it is possible to exclude js scripts which are used by our captcha in Cloudflare Rocket Loader settings. In such a case, the problem should be solved.

This was a brilliant catch. Indeed RocketLoader was the problem. Excluding specific .js from RL it’s a pain so I just gave up on RL.

    Thank you
