Hi,
is GeoDirectory plugin network activated or actiavted individually on both sites?
It will only work correctly in the second case. If that’s the case, please submit a support request about this in our forum: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/
We will need a URL and network admin credentials from you as I can’t recreate this in our tests.
In our forum you can set replies as private so that only our staff can read them.
