Multisite roles

Hi – thanks for your plugins.

I’ve got a WP Mulisite

some subsites have custom user roles (WP Job Manager “Employer” or “Candidate” for example).

These roles don’t show up on the main site… so I can’t sync role to all sites

I was looking to use Paid Memberships Pro or another membership plugin to assign roles from the mainsite… but… I can’t seem to find a way to do that if the role doesn’t show up on the mainsite

a wonky idea would be to activate the plugin that generates the custom user role, then copy it and sync that, (and deactivate the plugin) but not sure that is the right approach

any suggestions? thanks
