Multisite search users feature

We are currently running a large multisite setup.

I’ve noticed that when at the network level when using steam I can only filter users who are Super Users, ie the users who have access at that level.

It would be useful to have a search filter similar to the context, actions and sites dropdown filters.

I did try and use the Search Records function to search for a user name, display name, etc but it only returned results based on text within the Summary.

Note I have the Site Access setting enabled.
