Multisite super admin missing

Hello guys,

I need your help. If someone give me ideas why my Super admin panel does not appear.

So, I read and followed the steps for creating multisite as it is here:

and then I need to use WordPress MU Domain Mapping but I must use super admin panel which is missed in my new installation.

I tried these ideas to solve it, which were dissucced in the following links:

http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/no-super-admin-panel . Unfortunatelly, I coudln’t resolved it.

In the DB I have the additional tables created:
wp_blogs
wp_blog_versions
wp_registration_log
wp_signups
wp_site
wp_sitemeta

And admin_user_id is 1 , site_admins is a:1:{i:0;s:5:”admin”;}.

Any ideas?
