Multisite support

Does the app have support for WordPress Multisite?
I have a multisite extranet set up, and our clients want an app to login, post to a custom posttype with meta, and then display the results. Oh and a list of previous posts.

Your app seem to be able to provide the ability to do the functions, but I just need to know whether I will run into problems with this.
