Multisite support?

I just came across this plugin while searching for one to integrate into a new WordPress multisite setup. This setup consists of a main site, three sub-sites, and two sub-domains. I have AMP configured using both the AMP by Automattic & AMP for WP plugins. I’m in the process of setting up GTM on this network and a single container for this domain with a tag for each sub-site linked to a UA and All Pages firing triggers. I also have an analytics plugin network activated.
With this plugin is it designed to work on a multisite setup? If so, is it necessary to enable these settings in my setup?

My knowledge on GTM is new so apologies in advance.
